Stayed here recently for five days, it's a nice hotel exactly as the pictures show, very authentic in a good location for beach and the attractions of Puglia. Reception staff were helpful and friendly, but there were too many little disappointments that left you feeling you had overpaid. The spa that looks so inviting in the pictures actually costs 45 euros each for a 90 minute visit. The breakfast, while adequate lacked fresh juices, smoothies, a choice of breads, variety, (exactly the same every day), and most importantly a smile from any of the staff. The pool area was adequate, but the mattresses were old and stained, and I don't understand why it was closed in the middle of the day. One night they held a private party directly above our room that went on until after 2am, at least 100 people. There was no warning or apology about this and breakfast the next day was consumed by most of the part guests while the staff struggled to cope with the extra work. In summary a nice stay but not 5 star, and the owners need to invest some of their profits t make this good value for money.

This could be a lovely hotel but this is NOT a 5 star hotel. Check in was rude and rushed, we were shown where the TV was and that was about it (obvious) we were not shown the bar area, restaurant where breakfast was served and didn’t even know about the spa facilities. Rooms are dark but spotlessly clean, but nothing 5 star quality, air con is like a massive boiler and you can hear everything. There was a party one eve in the function area and our room was right next to it ! Not a great night sleep. Beds are like a park bench! Pool is nice and clean but is closed over lunch hours! (Why???) the pool Beds have seen better days and the whole area is untidy and full of weeds. Food is good but a bit the same every night, although the staff that worked the restaurant were lovely and work so hard! On one occasion there was just the one lady working ! We did visit the complimentary shuttle to their beach club (don’t bother) it was untidy and the staff were all having fun throwing ice cubs at one another, toilets were rank and the beach itself is nothing special. Monopoly is lovely and worth a visit into with great bars and restaurants, thankfully we were only here a few days before we moved on to another resort.

A nice hotel 10 minutes outside Monopoli. More then enough parking in the shade. The hotel offers umbrellas and chairs on the beach (5 min drive, free parking) and has a small pool on site. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and are clean. Staff is mixed, friendly at arrival and around the pool. But when we arrived for the breakfast at 9.30, we basically had to shout into the kitchen to get a coffee (breakfast is only from 8-10).

The most inhospitable, disgraceful and downright rude experience at a spa. Staff is super unprofessional, screaming at us for arriving a bit late and treating us with zero dignity. Anything but relaxing. These people do not understand service; and therefore have no business being in the hospitality industry. Immature business trying to put on a facade of luxury, and their concept of it is whitewash! There is absolutely nothing luxurious about the place. Torn bathrobes with holes as big as my head, ran out of mattresses for the sun beds, and besides the outdoors rinse off showers, there is no where to wash properly, dress up and dry hair. Invest in your staff, culture and facilities. You can’t be a five start place just because you say you are. That is earned; and you definitely do not qualify for it. 1 star is generous.

Uppfyller inte 5 stjärnor status, ganska ovårdad trädgård o blomkrukor,grusig uppfart med dålig belysning, mörkt från grinden nästan fram till huvudbyggnaden. Av 3 frukostar fanns bacon endast den sista morgonen pga vår tidiga avresa. De andra 2 frukostar intog vi strax efter 09. Restaurangen hade endast 1 fast meny att erbjuda .Erhållen meny vid 17 tiden var ändrad när vi skulle äta vid 20.Gick inte att få något av det ursprungliga. Sängen ribbotten ,ganska obekväm.Lyhört rum. Oordnad parkering ,grus och högt gräs.

Housekeeping was really good. Most of the days they came twice!
