The area was really nice the bar and restaurant was nice the leisure facilities are good but very tired looking.

The restaurant manager reprimanding staff in earshot of guests eating shouting across the room to find something to do very unprofessional also I let our server know my chicken was a bit pink which put me off said they would let the chef know with no feedback, the leisure facilities are a bit tired and dated and could also do with a good clean..

Evening meal disappointing but breakfast came to the rescue. Glass table in the room was too big and a hazard at night.

The staff were rude and the facilities advertised were not all correct
