Os quartos são super aconchegantes e o lugar é uma delícia.

Os funcionários dividem o tempo entre o pub e o hotel e alguns deles não fazem a mínima questão de ajudar ou te atender. Apenas uma funcionária que foi muito simpática e atenciosa, os outros nem menção em realmente ajudar.

"Lovely weekend getaway"

Room was lovely, nicely decorated and very clean. Bathroom was stunning and the products were gorgeous! Shower was fantastic and bed was very comfy. Staff were friendly and live music on Saturday night in the restaurant was a lovely unexpected treat.

No miniature products to take with you at the end of your stay Service in the restaurant was a bit slow/lacking. On the Friday night we couldn't get seated at all, just got ignored while waiting so went elsewhere to eat. On the second morning at breakfast we waited over an hour for our food. However, the restaurant team were very apologetic and the hotel team were lovely about the resulting later check out!

"Amazing village stay!!"

The property was quiet yet close to all types of activities including an 11 minute drive to the Cotswolds Distillery!! The staff were friendly and approachable and the restaurant/pub downstairs was varied for everyone.

Lovely location. Great staff. Lovely public areas. Great breakfast. I had the garden breakfast and it was great to have more choice than just an English.

Room was a bit dated and probably needed a re paint. However we paid for a smaller cheaper room so are not unhappy in any way as delivered in so many ways
