Room looked refreshed recently, lovely touches of fresh cookies. Decor all lovely too. Staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Price with breakfast was a good deal. So would stay again.

Long wait for food at breakfast and food in the evening, whilst tasty, was expensive for the type of food and restaurant experience. Inexperienced staff, whilst friendly, didn't place food or cutlery directly in front us, made us giggle but could do with a little training. Noise from street in the front bedrooms kept us awake, a little. However as mentioned above, I would happily stay there again.

"Pleasant hotel, lovely breakfast."

Lovely hotel, great location. Staff helpful, especially at breakfast re allergy requirements. Room was more spacious than we were expecting, very clean.

The room was so hot at night and - with radiators off! - we couldn't cool it down. Not the hotel's fault but there was so much noise outside even at 3am even with the windows closed so we didn't sleep brilliantly at all.
