"Lovely hotel but think again if staying here with children (needing a cot)"

The location is good, there is a small parking at the back of the hotel. Rooms are nice but a small upgrade would make them much better.

We asked for a cot for our child before our stay which they confirmed. It was not in our room after check in and we immediately asked for it at the reception. They gave us a broken cot which they then wanted to replace with a smaller cot (our child did not fit in it). We finally ended up with the first cot provided with a broken bottom with 2 mattresses and a thick quilt on top. They could have checked they had adequate cots before confirming our reservation.

Its location, the lovely warm welcome and the feel that you were staying in a home.,The hotel has a positive buzz about the place, nothing was too much trouble everything was perfect.

"A gorgeous hotel which was very clean, comfy and cosy"

The bed was unbelievably comfy. The building itself was beautiful and the pub was equally as lovely. The room felt really clean and cosy. It was the perfect stay for our weekend in the Cotswolds.

The staff were exceptional, everyone was so friendly and charming and we felt really looked after. Room was gorgeous, very comfortable bed and lovely spacious bathroom.
