Sandpiper Ocean Cottages

Sandpiper Cottages are set in a secluded little haven just outside Bicheno. The cabins have everything you need and the welcome basket was a winderful addition.

We recently had the ' pleasure ' of staying in the Sandpiper Cabin, comfortable, cozy, warm, and 3 minutes walk to a beautiful peaceful beach, the Sandpiper cabin had everything we needed, and the Welcome Hamper was great, local bread, free range eggs from their domestic chooks, Jam, Granola and Muesli. John was welcoming, friendly and helpful, with extensive knowledge of the area, we would highly recommend, and we would definitely like to stay again, and see Rex again, the Dog.

Our second time to Sandpiper and we will be back. Such a peaceful place to stay and right on the beach, dog friendly and we had everything we needed.

I loved everything about the cabin and location, and it felt very calm and relaxing. The cabin had everything needed and more, and the arrival basket of fresh produce was so wonderful. The wood heater was our main focus of our travels and relaxing by ots glory was the best. .

Didn't rate the shower much. the pressure of water was very low and just a tight squeeze in the shower over bath, but I am a bigger size.

The room was fantastic. Even though it rained the ambience of the fire and deck still made it enjoyable to feel relaxed. Great breakfast hamper provided. Close access to Beach and welcoming of the pooches were wonderful

Amazing spacious cottage in a natural setting. All the comforts of home but surrounded by nature. A short walk to a fabulous beach and a 10 minute drive to the local town. Peaceful and tranquil at its best.

Such a beautiful cabin in a gorgeous location. Everything I needed was provided. Great kitchen, huge bathroom. Can totally relax here and switch off. The cabins are situated so that you are not aware of the other cabins, it's peaceful and idyllic. Great that it is dog friendly - and just a short walk to a magnificent beach.
