"Nice little beach cottage."

* The dressing gown in the bedroom closet; * the breakfast tray and basic food provisions especially the eggs from their chooks. * the spaciousness and outdoor chairs; * nice decor * very clean * Comfy lounge * beautiful beach with white sand just down the path in front

* no electric blanket on the bed and no heater for the bedroom. It was very cold at night. * the fan on the wood heater didn't work. * a fairly long way from Bicheno. *could a pump going at night.

"Superb"

We had a lovely time the Beach House was just devine we felt so comfortable. The manager was very helpful and sent us down a lovely hamper and sorted us quickly when we locked ourselves out! We just loved the access to the beach and that we could bring our dog who loved the beach. The best bit was that we had access to watch the Jack Jumpers win the NBL 2024!!

The only down was the bed sheets were a little scratchy!

Beach was ok

Garden and surrounds needed a lot of work. Not the cleanest place I stayed in. Over priced /not good value for money when compared with other properties we stayed in during our two weeks in Tasmania.

"Relaxing and quiet spot"

Delightfully peaceful setting, the beach is just down a sandy track, and it was lovely watching all the birds in the gardens.

The location is a bit out of the nearest town, can't walk or cycle to the town. The bed was too soft!
