Bed was a bit lumpy. Shower would not operate

The room was well appointed with some nice comfortable and well thought out touches. It is well placed for the harbour and shops, bars etc.

The room was in a separate annexe that was obviously a closed down hotel. There is no lift so luggage has to be carried up all the stairs and through various fire doors. The entrance is a fire door which is not very welcoming unlike the proper hotel next door where you check in. The room was very expensive but this may have been affected by the timing during the island games.

Ein schönes und funktionales Zimmer mit separatem Zugang. Tolle Lage, direkt an der Uferstraße gegenüber dem Hafen. Gutes Frühstücksbüffet im Kirkwall Hotel 2 Häuser weiter. Danke - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Room was well appointed and very clean. Beds were comfortable. We would happily stay again. Close to shops and eateries. Everyone was very friendly.

The whole stay was wonderful, but we were particularly grateful that you let us use the room easily so my travel companion could sleep after her Nightshift. Thank you!
