Staff were friendly and accommodating. Food was nice

Too many stairs to our room and wifi wasn't great

Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Any requests were met eg phone charger.

Rooms were a bit cold however staff did provide extra heater. WiFi was not working in one room so we were moved to another room with better signal.

Staff are really friendly and the room was cool, quirky with a dressing area and vinyl player.

The room was fairly cold and the bathroom needs a deepclean or new grouting

Great room, comfortable bed, lovely decor. They were very pet friendly. Would stay here again.

I felt the bar meal I had was very basic. It was tasty enough but expensive for what it was.

It had a restaurant and bar with excellent staff.

We had a few issues with the water in one of the rooms, however, this got sorted quickly.

Breakfast was lovely, and they made me and my two dogs feel very welcome. Staff were brilliant. The hotel is a little tired and could use some maintenance, but that did not detract from the comfortable bed and adequate facilities in the room. Had a good night's sleep and enough comfort for my overnight stay.

Fixtures and fittings in rooms need some maintenance. And as usual, too much large furniture in rooms. It took me several minutes to locate the light switches, tucked away next to the large wardrobe, and the window blinds were a struggle to use.
