Very friendly and helpful staff. Food was very nice too! Great location for hiking. Room was spacious.

Bed quite small and shower was blocked and prone to overflowing. Room quite cold albeit fan heaters etc provided.

"A very nice stay in a lovely location"

Convenient location close to Glasgow and West Stirlingshire villages. The surroundings are spectacular and the parking is free. The menu is good, and the welcome friendly and relaxed.

Although the food was generally lovely, charging for a burnt pizza is unwise. The towel rail in the bathroom didn’t heat up.

"Pleasant stay and good food"

Easy check in, newly decorated bedrooms and lovely comfy bed.

Plug in bath/shower room 18 doesn’t drain well. Shower drips all night even when taps turned off. Bath panel falling off. Lovely hotel would stay again but some attention needed to ensuite.

"Fantastic stay"

Rooms were lovely, they had the heating on ready for us arriving which was fab as such a wet cold day. Staff all very helpful. Never got to try out the food but shall on next retirn

There was nothing to dislike.
