Food, decor were lovely. Staff were great. Good value for money.

The location was ok for my particular requirements. The staff were bright and welcoming. I had dinner in the Italian restaurant and the pizza was exceptionally good. The the waitress was first class. Although the room was small'ish it was clean and well appointed.

I found that using the over bath shower safely was beyond my physical ability. There is no "grab rail" or handle to assist, the glass splash screen is longer than usually found and there are no anti slip precautions installed or provided by way of a mat.

Location good but unfortunately hotel no longer the attractive place we used to stay.

Breakfast very poor. Proposed meals with friends quickly rearranged elsewhere. Blinds in both rooms wouldn’t work. Window too heavy to close.

first and foremost the staff were excellent helpful and freindly their service and manner especially in the resturant and at breakfast time were out standing for their young age and were a credit to the hotel the food was good the area safe and clean
