The Roseate Villa Bath

Great location. Service from staff was good. Breakfast was excellent.

Paid the same price for our room as the guest we traveled with ,our room & bathroom was smaller & we didn’t have the same amenities in our room.

Staff were fantastic. Great location. Close to city.

It was an excellent location for visiting Bath. The staff were all excellent and made us and our dog feel very welcome.

The room was very warm and we couldn’t cool it down, even with the fan on.

The room was better than anticipated, with much more space and seating. It's not quite in the centre of the city, but close enough to be comfortable, with the bonus of being quiet at night as well as handily placed for the peaceful Henrietta Park. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Conveniently located just over the bridge from the centre, on site parking a huge bonus. Beautiful old building. Very attentive staff.

The hotel is located in perfect quiet and picturesque street with a beautiful park right in front of the hotel. It is literally 5 mins walk to the centre where you can find shops, restaurants, bars etc. The hotel itself is set in a beautiful historical building with good size rooms and bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were really helpful, polite and willing to go out of their way to assist with any of our needs during our stay. We had a great experience and would gladly return.

There was no air-conditioning. On a hot day in the summer, this could be an issue.

Kleine zolderkamer met één raam dat uitkeek op de parkeerplaats. Geboekt was kamer met zicht op de tuin.

Das Hotel war äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück sehr gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage war ausgezeichnet, sehr ruhig, schöner Ausblick und doch sehr nahe am Zentrum.
