The Roseate Villa Bath

Fairly close location to city center. But amazingpark across the street. I chose because building unique to the area. Small clean room. Had a fan & towel warmer in the room & a great bar with outside seating. Weather permitting you can layout in back or have a nice drink in the front. Not jst a place to crash!

Room was bright. No blackout curtains, mattress was hard. I kept waking up during the night!. A lot of stairs with no lyft but amazing front desk personnel to help.

Charming villa with very nice and helpful staff. Freshly cooked breakfast in the morning was very good as was the Afternoon Tea we joined on the day before. The bed was large and very comfortable.

I was not happy with the bath room. There was no small amount of either mould or dirt that looked like mould on the floor of the shower, the washbasin didn’t drain properly, so dirt would stick to the sides and the toilet did not always flush properly. I also thought 20 pounds per day for parking was rather a lot especially considering the already high room rates.

Not told that the road was closed. Not told that a wedding meant that we couldn't use the bar or restaurant on the first night. Bathroom facilities were not great due to poor maintenance. Noise from radiator kept us awake on the first night. No wardrobe.

Lage war super, extra Hundeausstattung bekommen( Körbchen, Napf, Spielzeug, Leckerli!)
