My mother and I stayed for 4 days in this splendid villa. We found the refined, elegant, and spotlessly clean atmosphere to be just as described. It's also located in a residential area, yet just a short walk from the city center. A special thank you to the staff, including Kamil. THANK YOU SO MUCH for your helpfulness and endless kindness! The staff made us feel at home, so much so that we were so sad to leave. We felt welcomed and ready to help with anything we needed. How sweet! We will carry the city of Bath in our hearts, thanks in part to this property. Unlike other properties, the Roseate Villa boasts a beautiful private garden where you can relax and enjoy a cup of tea in complete tranquility. It's very close to Henrietta Park, a park with friendly squirrels and perfect English views. The room was comfortable, clean, and perfect for our needs. Finally, we also enjoyed breakfast and dinner on site, both delicious options with a wide selection of dishes. Thank you so much, if we were to return again (which we plan to) it would definitely be at Roseate Villa again!

Everything about Roseate is Absolutely Wonderful!!! Location, 15 min walk from train station, plus reserved parking, rooms, garden, people, and food. It was a very special experience for our family!

"Lasciate perdere e cercate un altro Hotel , un vero Hotel"

Solo la vicinanza al centro storico e gli scoiattoli che corrono per il parco

Impossibile riposare perché ci sono delle stanze , tra le quali la nr 1 , che sono sopra la cucina e i motori che rimangono accesi praticamente tutto il giorno e gran parte della notte non vi fanno riposare . Il letto è scomodissimo , la reception è nel corridoio antistante le camere e si sentono gli addetti che parlano indisturbati fregandomene degli ospiti . Non si capisce poi come mai abbiamo dato le 5 stelle a questa struttura che al più potrebbe essere un tre stelle .
