Reception was very friendly and ready to help. Very comfortable apartment. Location, very close to the city's main shopping centre, was very convenient. However, the introduction of pick-up and drop-off vehicles is Neccesary for the convenience of traveling guests because of the distance from the office and the apartment. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

The hotel employees are very helpful, and accomodating! The apartment rooms were clean, and comfortable. The hotel is in close proximity to The Cavern Club and Pub for Beatle Fans. Shopping & restaurants are also very closeby. There is an additional pub scene on the street.

The apartment was very nice - I was upgraded to a two bedroom and both bedrooms, bathroom and especially the kitchen were spotlessly clean. There were signs of damage from previous guests, but nothing that anybody would make a fuss about and everything worked fine bar the TV - the batteries were missing from the remote which meant the volume couldn't easily be controlled, and the signal for the digital stations wasn't great. My only other complaint would be the lack of lamps - I had to either bring the two tiny bedsides into the living room or leave the main light on all the time as the place was dark. It's also worth knowing that these apartments are a significant walking distance from the office where you check in and there are no lifts - I had a large suitcase and struggled both to find the place in under twenty minutes and also carry my luggage up the stairs to the second floor. Otherwise it was fine, but I'm not sure whether I would return or book one of the company's other buildings which was closer.
