Really friendly staff, lovely food and a great location!

Room was hot - not the hotel’s fault as it was extremely hot for May and they did provide fans to try and compensate.

"Historic hotel needing some improvements."

Beautiful iconic hotel in a central location.

Room and general hotel cleaning was poor. Breakfasts were disappointing.

"Very pleasant"

We stayed on one of the hottest days of the year. Our suite was spacious and the air conditioning was amazing. Worked well and very quiet. Lovely helpful staff too.

We had to negotiate a lot of heavy fire doors and stairs to get to our room. Lift was a little slow.

"Location is everything."

Characterful building, well situated in Ludlow centre. Staff kindly sorted out a safe place for our bikes. Slept well.

Really didn’t understand the need for a security deposit when I’d already pre-paid for the room. I did know this was a Crest Hotels policy when booking, however it was a stark contrast to the friendly welcome we received from other hotels we stayed at during our tour. We didn’t eat at The Feathers.
