"Review of Beechwood House - Solo traveller"

Clean and nice, location close enough to train station 10mins. Mini fridge filled to make your own breakfast with a few complimentary snacks & water. Shower decent, good for solo traveller. Might be cramped as a two. 7.5/10

Bed linen could have been tighter, and the duvet was quite a high tog for summer., no alternate sheet option. A bit pricy for simply a room, but maybe that's the area.

Great location. Good value and economical. We could walk to a store and the beach. All lovely. The room was well appointed with lots of extra treats and complimentary snacks. The bed was very comfortable. Saint Ives is a lovely town. We had a glimpse of the sea from our room.

Off street parking parking is a bit tight and slightly dangerous if you have to park your car on the street. Turn your car mirrors in to avoid getting clipped on the narrow street.

I really enjoyed my stay at Beechwood House. We had a twin room with very comfortable beds. It was very clean and we were really impressed that there was treats provided in the mini fridge. This was unexpected and really appreciated. Beechwood house is a short walk from a stunning beach and lovely restaurants. Parking is provided on site for free. We really enjoyed our time at Beechwood House and if I return to St Ives I would absolutely stay here again.
