Bed was comfy, light breakfast provided the day before so you can have it at your leisure. Buses outside the door which takes you to most areas, beach a 5-10 minutes walk

Staff were very friendly and welcoming upon arrival and during the whole visit. Fridge being restocked in morning was nice. Host offered a change of room to accommodate us if required.

Lovely hosts. Generous breakfast. Peaceful. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Fantastic location and close to a stunning beach, namely Carbis Bay. Off street parking. Great value for money. Good sized fridge.

Nothing. It was superb.

For an English BnB, the room was quite spacious with a lovely bay window on the ground floor. An in room breakfast was ample and refreshed each day. The location was a short walk to the local railway station and a sports pub

The busy road at times was difficult to drive out onto but relatively minor issue.

So comfortable and clean! Couldn’t fault the room was great value for money. It is about a 35 minute walk in to St Ives from the house but we didn’t mind the walk, it was either along a coastal track or the road. You could also either train, taxi or bus in to the town which was very easy to use. The couple that run it were very nice and helpful, made checking in very easy even when we came early. Special mention to how clean it was, towels were changed daily, all around great experience.

The included breakfast was a bit disappointing, consisted of cold bits and pieces in the fridge and a lot of them were expired.

Jan was an amazing host. Very supportive and helpful. Location perfect for various day trips.
