Breakfast was ok and where it was positioned.

The owner when she greeted us she looked like she needed a good bath -her long finger nails where full of dirt and she asked us what we wanted for breakfast the next day - we had to fill it in there and the. The house had a smell about it and so did our room - the room was ok for cleanliness. Plants in the breakfast room - there was loads of dead black flies on the window ledge and cobwebs all over where we were sitting for breakfast - put me off a bit. Also she was cooking breakfast. Could not see if her hands were any cleaner

The location was brilliant, just across the road from the beach and 5 min walk to the Spa.

The dining area was a little grumby, the window sills could do with a wipe down, full of plants, very dated, trouble getting in to the shower very small and am not a large person, the room was clean, bed was comfy, just needs updating, would not pay the £235.00 they are wanting at this time of year, we paid £160 for two nights and I thought that was very expensive.

Staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfast was enjoyable and very good value.

Good location, clean, nice breakfast, plenty of choice. Everything I needed for a comfortable couple of nights while on a Photography trip.
