Good location good breakfast not bad value

It felt damp very old fashioned inside alot of rules no heating all though they got a portable heater for us

The location was perfect for the beach etc . The host was welcoming and did a very nice breakfast Would definitely stay again. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you

"Excellent place to relax after walking all day."

The location was excellent, being on the south side of Bridlington. The lady who ran the hotel was very kind. The facilities very very clean.

Situated near the beach. handy for amenities

Room was dirty. Only a shower and I'm an amputee so ouldnt use the shower for the whole tay. Too small and no hand rails.bed was broken and kettle was so bad had to buy a new kettle.
