"Lovely room, excellent location and absolutely lovely hosts."

The choice of breakfast was excellent, the hosts were absolutely lovely, the room was clean, comfortable, spacious with good bathroom

It might have been nice to have conditioner to go with the shampoo in the bathroom, but I'm being nit picky here! It really was a lovely place and I would definitely go back.

llocation was great with free on street parking, staff were spot on, good breakfast.

Shower was a bit weak but that was the only thing, everything else was great

"A tired B+B in need of refurbishment"

Location is good

No kerb appeal, the external images don’t at all match reality, no parking available, a very cool welcome, albeit by pleasant enough staff, but nothing more and for me its a little tired and in need of much modernisation. Sorry to say this but unfortunately that’s the reality.
