Everything was perfect! Food was good, room was clean, service was immaculate! There are bus boys that can drive you anywhere on the resort and are always willing to pick you up. Every building has a butler and they’re always willing to answer any questions. The only down side was the seaweed beaches. Probably a seasonal thing. Still swimmable and could still have a great time on the beach. The service on the beach was great. Brining us drinks anytime we want and always checking up on us. Overall, our experience was phenomenal and I’d visit here again:)

The staff were very nice and they really went above and beyond. Unfortunately the TRS part of the resort has very damp rooms. We asked them for dehumidifier, they did not have one but used an ozone machine to try to make it better. Food was amazing and I cannot hype the service enough. But still our clothes reales of mold when we got home and our passport were damp when we took it out of the safe. So be warned

The spot was amazing! Friendly staff, the Kart/transportation system can be lengthy, or “prejudiced” but I don’t want to pull that card… let’s just day for the 300 blue upgrade which should also make for better cart availability… did not help catch golf carts any sooner.

My opinion…not a 5 star hotel. Food was very lacking. Servers were friendly. They try and sell you a membership which to me equates to a timeshare as soon as you arrive…high pressure and expensive.

My husband and I had an amazing time! We relaxed, partied, and rested, definitely a great anniversary/birthday vacation. Our butler Jose was amazing. The massage therapist at the spa Bernice and Luis were amazing. The activity coordinator at the range Carlos was also amazing.

Felt really tranquil set amongst the forest. Lots of walking paths and plenty of space for all the guests to enjoy themselves. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Butler service is very useful. Liked they are proactive without being intrusive.
