The staff! Above everything else, they work so incredibly hard and always go above and beyond. The hotel itself is beautiful. We stayed in a jacuzzi suite and the room was great and I loved how big the balcony was so we were able to enjoy the large bali seat in the afternoons. The only downside I would say is the toilet, if youre sharing its not quite so private as there is not a lock and not soundproof. However, easily resolved, send the other people to the balcony ha! The food was truly excellent, I would highly recommend the ribeye from El Gaucho. Would definitely return or explore other TRS/Palladium properties.

Toilet. Location and access to the beach but I prefer a pool.

Experiencia empañada por la recepcionista, obsesionada en el check in de hacer un upgrade a Paladium Club para multiples beneficios que luego no eran tales, y dejandome en situación incomoda delante de mi compañia con lo que casi me obligó a comprarlo. Varios despistes de ‘los mayordomos’, desbordados. Horroroso servicio en las cenas; totalmente desbordados. Lo mejor, y único, los desayunos. Clima muy agradable y buena calidad. El resto; meh. Para no recomendarlo más.

Restaurante El Gaucho não corresponde ao que se propõe … nem de longe é um parrilla. Argentina, não serviram os molhos das carnes, e o NY Stripe estava queimado por fora e muito mal assado , e olha que gosto até de carne crua, daria nota 3 pelo esforço, 5 para o serviço, e zero para a comida

Achei as experiências não restaurantes que necessitam reservas totalmente dispensável … principalmente o restaurante El Gaicho, não sei se fazem diferenciação entre hóspedes mas o serviço não foi bem realizado , a carne estava queimada e muito mal feita, por sorte eles contam com muitos restaurantes excelentes de buffet internacional !
