This hotel is a little piece of paradise in our anxious and unstable world. Beauty, palm trees, abundance, and comfort in every possible way. We had a wonderful, spacious ocean-view room where I would happily stay for six months. The variety and abundance of food were impressive, the cocktails were beautiful, the sports activities were excellent, and the entertainment program was always fun. This vacation was worth every cent spent. The level of care we received here is hard to even imagine. We would especially like to thank our butler, Alexis Casanova. He was always ready to help with any question, chat with us, and make our days more fun. Every conversation with him lifted our mood. We are also very grateful to the Helios AM restaurant team: Manuel Edwin Julio Alain They were always very attentive, remembered our preferences, and would bring us the drinks we love without us even asking. Many thanks to the entire staff for the fairy tale they create for their guests. We will definitely return to this hotel next year!

Fabulous adult only hotel. Setting was beautiful with forests, mangroves entwined with creeks and inlets. Although TRS isn't directly on a beach, the other two sister hotels are on a beautiful beach covered in palm trees. Every staff we encountered were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. The e-butlers in each accommodation area were the most helpful people and a great resource for bookings, information and requests. Special shout out Jose & Susana in 65 and Carlos & Naomi in 64 - they all made our stay especially memorable! We'd also like to give a shout out to Max, waiter in Helios and Jeovanni bar made at the Infinity pool - both so friendly, great service and nothing too much trouble.

El Gaucho food was okay, possibly our least favourite meal.

Das Personal ist unbeschreiblich zuvorkommend. Ich war in 2020 zum ersten Mal da, großer Unterschied zu 2025, das Management hat gewechselt, viele Annehmlichkeiten kosten plötzlich etwas - Preise varrieren nach Mitarbeiter, das macht das Ganze nicht schön.

Leider ist der Urlaub nicht gut gestartet. Wir konnten erst einen Tag später starten (Flug abgesagt, Shuttle über Booking com gebucht, ließ sich nicht stornieren, neuer Shuttle gebucht, das Zimmer musste gezahlt werden und zuguterletzt war der Koffer nicht in Mexico angekommen. Hilfe? Fehlanzeige. Wir haben Nachweise (Quittungen/Rechnungen zum Einreichen bei den Airlines von Booking com und Hotel angefordert = leider nichts bekommen, kein Support von Booking com oder Hotel somit habe ich knapp 600,- € in den Wind gesetzt - toller Start.
