Great location, loved being by the river. Fantastic food, staff friendly and welcoming, comfy bed, quirky old building.

Bathroom a little dated. Wall light a bit low.

Good quiet rural location near to A. Comfortable room and excellent dinner and breakfast. Pleasant, helpful staff.

We stayed in the apartment. It was situated within easy access of the car park and adjacent to the main property. Tea and coffee with biscuits were provided and also a small fridge with complimentary mineral water. The bed was very comfortable and the living room well set out with 2 large sofas, a large coffee table, widescreen smart TV and side table. The bathroom was of the highest standard. A very friendly atmosphere with very helpful staff. The place seemed popular with a friendly influx of happy customers.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, good breakfast and we had an excellent evening meal in the pub.

The shower! Previous reviews have mentioned problems with the shower, we overcame the issue of keeping the shower head up with an elastic band but it's a simple problem for the hotel to address.

Just off the main road on a little country lane. Idilic setting great staff and breakfast. Not far off the way going to Scotland from down south.

Nothing apart from no food on a Monday night, when we stayed, so suggestions calling first.
