Several of the areas of the hotel were dirty or in need of paint especially external areas Cigarette butts in ashtrays and spilling out onto fire escape Hotel NOT located in Alnick,

Lovely comfortable house, great location, handy having the pub and children's play park on our doorstep. The staff were really helpful and friendly, and the meal we had was delicious. Will definitely be back

Food, staff amd location were excellent

Shower head wouldn't stay up to have a shower, had to be held but other than this lively room. We did let them know and was advised they would sort it.
