Position of hotel, although could be a little noisy due to closeness to dual carriageway, was convenient for a short and pleasant stroll into Ross on Wye, probably 15 mins walk.

We only needed a bed for the night as we were out all day. The people running the hotel could be seen to make sure you were happy with your stay and were very friendly. Convenient for us as it was in the right spot for the local area.

Well appointed room (8). Breakfast and evening meal very good. Made to feel welcome, by the hosts. Easy access to and from the A40 and walking into Ross on Wye along the river walk.
