Beautiful house, so much potential just needed higher standards of cleaning and some tlc eg grout changing in shower, headboards fixing etc. the staff though were brilliant Steven did everything he could to help and Annie was an absolute gem and dealt with complaints from other guests so well and was so lovely to us - she is an asset

The cleaning wasn’t great we changed room as the headboard was loose and bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well. The beds in both rooms were really hard causing very little sleep.

Le charme de du bâtiment, du salon et de la salle de restaurant. L'accueil du personnel à l'entrée et au dîner ! La vue sur le lac est magnifique et buccolique depuis la salle de restaurant. Un de nos meilleurs dîners en Ecosse :)

Chambre petite et peu lumineuse mais nous ne restions pas longtemps donc cela ne nous a pas dérangé ! Le personnel pourrait être plus présent lors du petit déjeuner (cela contrastait avec le service du dîner la veille qui était top).

Schönes Gebäude, ruhig gelegen

Leider wird der durch den Preis geweckte Anspruch nicht erfüllt. Eher kühle Atmosphäre, kein kleines, persönlich geführtes Wohlfühlhotel wie wir es erwartet haben. Beworbene Hundefreundlichkeit durch offenbar neue Besitzer nicht mehr gegeben. Hunde werden akzeptiert, aber es gibt, auch auf Nachfrage, kein Welcome-Paket oder ähnliches mehr. Zimmerreinigung hat deutliches Potenzial zur Verbesserung, sowohl bei Anreise als auch an den Folgetagen. Abendessen sehr gut, Frühstück dagegen enttäuschend. Es gibt verschiedene Varianten von Eier Benedikt, die jedoch lieblos angerichtet sind. Insgesamt ist Frühstücksauswahl überschaubar.
