Knockderry Country House Hotel

Beautiful country hotel loved the history of the hotel. we were the only people in the hotel travelling with our dog and were made to feel so welcome. The lady who welcomed us was a gem so friendly and chatty nothing was any trouble for her. Fantastic food and a complimentary aperitif from the chef. Room okay if not a little awkward to get to up the stairs

Only thing for us was no where to walk the dog very winding road our fault needed to research better

Fantastique Lodge. Notre chambre avait vue sur le parc et le lac. Elle était grande et confortable. La salle de bain était énorme, avec douche et baignoire. Le charme écossais de ces anciennes demeures est génial. Le parquet craque, le sol n'est pas forcément droit. Mais c'est très cosy.

Sehr geschmackvolles traditionelles Guest House auf hohem Niveau. Großes Zimmer, Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksangebot. Absolut empfehlenswert.

I was greeted by a very nice gentleman. The hotel has a truly wonderful atmosphere, and you feel very comfortable. The food and service were excellent. I can highly recommend this hotel. I wish the new employee all the best for the future; he made a very successful start, being very polite and friendly.

Beautiful building with great views. Really quiet location.

Shower curtain needs changing, broken floor tiles in the bathroom and needs a clean behind the sink stand. No TV signal in room so no TV and WiFi signal poor.

We absolutely loved our stay at Knockderry. The hotel has a wonderful, authentic Scottish feel, with beautiful Victorian character and a quiet romantic atmosphere throughout. The view from our room was amazing, and being able to walk down to the shore of the loch made the experience even more special. The food was fantastic, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely great. It was a memorable stay in a beautiful setting, and we would highly recommend Knockderry to anyone looking for a charming and romantic Scottish escape
