"Was perfectly fine."

It’s actually a very good hotel in terms of size and location. The rooms were big.

Staff not overly helpful on arrival, couldn’t find my room. Was forced to use self check in machine. Slightly further out, not conveniently located.

"One night stay"

Stayed here for one night whilst working away from home. Hotel was pleasant and clean. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant lovely food and reasonable priced. Plenty of car parking, next to a main road so I would request a back room if you are a light sleeper. Room was clean and comfortable but maintenance let it down, secondary glazing but couldn’t close the outside windows, bathroom sink plug seized and toilet flush didn’t work properly. Luckily didn’t affect my stay as only one night. Room had the usual tea and coffee facilities, iron and board, tv, plenty of hangers. No lifts. Would I stay here again, yes I would.

The bath room needed attention, we had 1 drink each on the Wednesday night coming to 11.95 it was paid when we checked out.but was taken again on the next day still waiting refund .

The room was a good size, and the bed was enormous and very comfortable. There were plenty of tea and coffee sachets and some biscuits too. We had the buffet breakfast in the morning, which was very good. I don't eat meat, so I avoided that, but there were lots of alternatives. Vegan sausages were available on request, but I filled up on the veg and eggs!

Parking at the front is limited, but as a blue badge holder, we found a disabled space on our second attempt.
