"Lovely big rooms and super helpful staff."

Not particularly inspiring to look at but inside the hotel had a lovely big bar area, a really nice swimming pool and absolutely huge rooms. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing, but should add that we didn’t have breakfast or evening meal at the hotel (our choice) so can’t comment on that.

"Ok but wouldn't stay again"

Scottish lady at reception was very helpful and welcoming.

Double beds are tiny. Windows don't open some painted shut which is not food during a heat wave. Restaurant closed on a bank Holiday when the hotel was full was very inconvenient. Not many staff to man reception and the bar which means a lot of waiting. Bar had no soft drinks on tap.

Ontbijt weinig opties, wel vers en voldoende. Locatie perfect voor de reis, lag precies op de route.

Kamer was erg warm, kon geen airco vinden of openen ramen

Not much

Room was dated and not clean, mould in bathroom, mixer tap didn't work and was scalding hot one side, cold the other. No fridge, cobwebs all over the ceiling, tiles falling off wall, incorrectly installed taps, the list goes on.

"Visiting my cousin living in Ipswich"

Cleanliness and the garden view

No toilet brush. Also, it was cold over the night. Next day I had to ask for a heating and extra blankets as I woke up with headache and cough as I suffer with asthma too.

"Reasonable hotel. Would stay again."

Room clean. Staff friendly. Water hot. Large car park at rear. Good breakfast.

All a bit dated and tired. Bar choices poor.
