Swimming pool was good for early morning swims. Loved the old fashion lift

I booked a budget double room but didn't think it would be that small. You couldn't swing a cat.. View was awful

The staff were friendly and the food in the restaurant was high quality. The bar area was a lovely space to chill with a glass of wine.

The pool was a little cold and the changing facilities very cold

We loved the room

Disappointed in not being able to use the pool

Service was excellent from check in to check out and the receptionist let us park in carpark before check in and also allowed us longer after check out which meant we where able to enjoy a little longer. Also lovely sea view

Only issue was the wifi. With no signal. Someone did come up to landing and reset but went again within 2 mins. Also games room could just do with a little tlc. New darts boards and some cues and there was a flickering light next to fan but on the plus the pool table was on free vent. Not a major issue and would not stop is staying again.

Good location, food excellent, staff very friendly and helpful.

Miss led by booking.com as to the quality of the bedroom. Also found out that the room had we booked direct would have been a £100 cheaper.

Staff were Great. Welcoming and Friendly. The Swimming pool was a Good size. Hotel was within walking distance to the centre and the attractions along seafront. Would recommend.

Really cannot compliment this hotel enough! We had our annual 4 ADTR Veterans Reunion here this weekend (27/09/2025) Throughout the process from initial contact, booking and delivery, Vicky & Tessa made it all simple Supplying menus and costs up front meant we could cater for all tastes (and allergies!!) and ensure our budget wasn't exceeded. The venue room was spacious and comfortable with a separate bar and a generous dance floor for our use , music had to shut down at midnight but Sam our barman stayed into the small hours to ensure nobody died from dehydration! Rooms are little dated but clean functional, our room and ensuite were very spacious, light and airy, lots of windows facing the beach meant we had the sun on us all day Food was simply amazing, we had a function there on the Saturday evening and the buffet provided was huge, very high quality and ample for every one who attended Breakfast was one of the best I've had, all our party were please with the food here and as ex-military they are not usually this easy to please!! Really well placed for the town, Great Yarmouth was not too busy as towards end of season but still ample going on especially as the weather was good, everywhere was easy to get to on foot There were no safety concerns apparent to us in the area
