Palm Court Hotel

The location and the free parking, sea view, room was spacious.

The 2 bus loads of pensioners, stairs between the lift and 1st floor, the breakfast was very basic and only just warm.

Nice friendly staff.

Lovely stay with acklams the hotel was very nice rooms bit dated but clean and warm the food was delicious (don't think they know what a small portion was) everything very tasty all the staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you would definitely stay again

The staff were lovely, very professional and kind, nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent and great value for money. As a lone female I felt very safe. I will plan to stay again throughout next year when I am working in Yarmouth

They have cut back on all extras but the price to stay has gone up and the room we stayed in could do with a deep clean

Had a three night stay and the room was excellent. There was an issue with the room and it's was sorted straight away. Would use again and recommend

Breakfast was more than expected. Only thing cooked breakfast came out before finished cereal.

No biggie but room was too hot for us and didn’t want to interfere with controls.
