Very friendly staff. Couldn't do enough to help.

Cooler room! Although that may just be me.

The location was great, very clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was great too. Breakfast was lovely also very tasty, although the dining area was so hot!

The property is very tired and needs some TLC. Our room was extremely hot at night, the curtains were very light and we were woken up at 5am by daylight. The beds were quite uncomfortable but that could be down to personal preference. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

Good breakfast options including full cooked English, although surprisingly no continental options as such. Location perfect overlooking the beachfront and seaside views.

Parking is limited although managed to get a space for the 2 nights. No aircon in room made it very uncomfortable during the hot summer nights during the heatwave. Pool table should have been free of charge as didn’t carry any spare change to use it.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

Would have preferred a ground floor room as I am disabled found the stairs a struggle. Even though the hotel had a lift we had our autistic grandson with us who didn’t like the lift.

Food was amazing. The staff couldn’t do more, very helpful and kind. Really great!

The room needs modernisation however, it was very clean and the beds excellent!

Lovely size bed, nice clean swimming pool we had it to ourselves, check in lady was lovely, friendly and didn't stop. Bar staff were friendly.

Room needed a better clean as found crumbs and a plaster on the floor, need a better service at breakfast as staff very slow to do anything needed more choice of coffee as only had very strong filter coffee. And toaster took forever to toast bread

Breakfast very basic, if you don't like cooked breakfast No other choice.

Great location, staff were excellent and helpful. The pool is small but clean and easy to use.

The shower trickled out! Shame as it was a massive cubicle.
