Palm Court Hotel

A very traditional hotel but that is part of it’s charm. The room was comfortable. Children enjoyed the pool and games room. The staff made our stay, everyone we came into contact with were happy and helpful.

The shower was hot but not powerful, good enough.

Staff very welcoming, bed comfy, room clean. Biscuits with coffee delicious. Sticky toffee pud n rum raisen ice cream devine.

Coffee from the machine not nice. Ran out of Brooklyn Beer. Scampi n chips over cooked. Part of the flat roof came off n landed on the roof in front of our room. Scared the life out of me. Sunday nght ni food after 4pm. Had to dinner. where for dinner.

We were not staying at the hotel but used the restaurant. The food was amazing and excellent value for money. I had the chicken dish and it was really tasty and well cooked. The panacotta was extremely good too. On top of that, the lady who came to our table was really friendly and helpful. Excellent meal

Parking was a nightmare, we were there before check in time still parking was full
