The pool .

Having no heating in our room would not work no t.v the games room falling apart and the metal outside rusty. Outside table chairs falling apart.

Weekend playing bridge locally, we stayed for 2 nights, half board and it was very good value thank you. Food good, wine good, staff good, I had a noisey room next to me on the second night and I was moved with no issue, grateful for that thank you. The rooms are very dated but comfortable some at the front some at the back. Would stay again.

Location and the pool. The staff were nice too.

Breakfast- very basic. No coffee machine (only filtered coffee), at 9am we were told they ran out of fruit compote(defrosted berries), no pastries. Cooked breakfast was nice but it’s not worth the price they are asking.

Staff were excellent, location fab, bar area and pool nice. Busy for food. Good number of parking bays.

Our view was unfortunately the side wall of the next building. Bed was comfy enough, but only a double. Slightly dated feel to the place. Storm Dave wind was noisy on the 2nd floor, especially with the bathroom extractor vents constantly clicking. (I understand this was a one off)

Great facility’s for the whole family - indoor heated pool (8am-8pm ) - steam room - pool table (50p ago ) - darts - giant dominos Amazing location 5/10minute walk to Britannia pier has a lovely quite part of the beach just in-front of the hotel Plenty of parking at the hotel Beautiful restaurant and bar A very lovely Continental Breakfast available (£15pp £7.50 for kids ) (Although there is a beautiful little beach hut across the road I would recommend giving them a try as well ) Very Modern Down stairs and beautiful in the evening, charming bedrooms and hallways I would 100% recommend a room with a sea view it’s truly magical not just from the top floor but second as well Amazing staff

It’s definitely can’t be helped as the it’s an old building however the stairs are a killer My friend was on the second floor myself on the top and pits stops were definitely made ( However the sea view from the top floor makes it so worth it )
