Pleasant staff

Drab outdated decor,food not good value for money. Bed very uncomfortable

Staff are friendly and helpful. Being able to have a swim in the pool and relax in the steam room is a huge bonus. Can walk into Great Yarmouth sea front.

Could move with the times to provide a Vegan menu.

Great location, good facilities and lovely bar & restaurant, great friendly, warm and welcoming staff

Breakfast excellent

Our room was on the third floor. The lift is very old and rickety. It felt like a lot of the hotel had been updated, but they hadn't got round to the third floor.

Bathroom and shower were fine.

The room was very small and stuffy. Small window- view of closeup walls !!

Room too small for a double room, room furniture close to each other with little space in between to move Full English Breakfast not good value for money, missing items: no croissant or filtered coffee, toast, juice running out. Reception area too small and crowded, too close to dining area. Very noisy due to too many families with kids Reception not staffed at all times, guests having to queue up for long at reception waiting to be attended, call bell system doesn't work

Amazing staff, they are all very kind and helpfull.

Very low and small bathtub,toilet does not plush well You needed to push hard to plush the water.
