The Birley Arms Hotel

Great food. 2 breakfasts arrived but were not as described- otherwise yummy.

Had a wedding in Lytham and the Birley arms was a very reasonable rate and not far away. lovely welcoming reception who made us feel welcome. one of our rooms was ready (we arrived early) and they let us check in our bags etc.to get ready

You can see the investment in the property to a good standard. Felt that £130 without breakfast for one person was a bit overpriced.

We had a good weekend at the Birley Arms, room was slightly outdated, but we did have a dog friendly room, which we were grateful for, it was very clean. The food was good. The staff were very friendly and were a credit to the hotel.

We chose the birley arms as we were going to a wedding at ribby hall. It was approx 3 miles away.We found our room spacious and very clean. We had towels, mini toiletries tea/coffee making facilities . The breakfast was plentiful with a good choice. The manager julie was very pleasant and helpful. THe staff arranged a taxi to our venue.Was just a shame we didnt get enough time to sample the pub .

Very friendly- perfect for our stay which was 1night for a wedding reception at Ribby Village Hall

Outstanding for food, drink and waiting/bar staff. Poor for accommodation and guest services. Cheap plastic bathroom fittings broken so you couldn't have a shower and fire alarm ",testing" itself randomly and constantly throughout the night.

Business trip, and location suited me well. A couple of issues with room 17 that staff were aware of, that hopefully are solved soon. On the whole, a nice hotel with good food.

Good rooms with great customer service. The Hotel/Pub food is really good. Good menu choices.
