Very friendly and helpful staff, great local area and comfortable, cleanly and modern rooms. Would definitely stay again!

This small hotel is ideal for families. The family room we stayed was pretty comfortable and really clean. The owner was very polite and gave many information. The best part was the swimming pool. We will be back soon.

Very nice placeon the beach, safe to walk and jog. Very nice beach clean and safe. The flat is situated close to all restaurants and shops. The accommodation is walking distance from Spar and all restaurants, you don't have to use your car.

Very good clean accommodation. Stayed in apartment number 15. Great size 2 bedrooms and loads of space in the living area. Huge shower and the department will sleep 7. Very comfortable beds. We were able to keep room all day on on our last day. Highly recommend.

The hotel looks brand new and the area is really nice. Moreover, the rooms are really big and the staff are great. It is also really easy to get to either chania or any of the beaches.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet établissement. La piscine est très agréable. Le personnel est sympathique et disponible. Le ménage est fait tous les jours.

We stayed in a standard apartment initially, 2 adults 3 kids. It was a tight squeeze so we asked if they had a larger room and were willing to pay, but they upgraded us for free! Lovely pool which the kids enjoyed everyday, breakfast is served from the bar at the pool and very reasonably priced. Free parking at the unused basketball court adjacent to the property. Kitchen had everything we needed to make an evening meal, though the sockets were on the other side of the room for the electric oven - so we had to move the table! Apartments inside have been refurbed recently, and the bathrooms are nicely tiled as per the pics. Daily housekeeping nice and clean and very friendly too. Beach is a few minute drive down and the bus-stop to Chania centre is right outside the apartments (though we just drove). Oh and the young Albanian lady at the pool-bar was amazing - very helpful and friendly throughout! (The place doesn’t have a proper reception so you just go there if you need anything). Overall we were happy and would stay again.

Friendly staff, clean modern rooms. Lovely quiet pool/bar area. 15 minute walk to the nearest regular bus (21) to Chania. Nearby tavernas are fantastic value and quality. We really enjoyed our stay at the Balito!
