I’m struggling to find any positives

Kitchen closes at 8pm which seems to be incredibly early. Having arrived at 8.05 I can’t give any feedback on the food or bar. I was offered crisps or a walk to an Indian Takeaway down the road. Bedroom uncomfortably hot during heatwave but no fan & downstairs location causes security & privacy issues if the windows are open. Water provided in the room but clearly been there some time & was warm - why not provide chilled bottles from the bar at check-in? Bathroom has no blind so opening the window onto a pathway means that anyone could look in. Room was ok but no better than that.

Great staff with excellent food. Bedding was clean and the bathroom very well presented.

Possible needs a little tlc. Bin lid loose, kettle lid loose. Chair in room would benefit from a deep clean. Minor things in the grand scheme of things.
