Good location. The rooms were away from the pub so nice and quiet. The staff were lovely. We had a room overlooking the back towards which was lovely. The weather was superb we even had a morning cuppa outside at 9 am.

As others have said the bed was not very comfortable. Also there wasn’t any shower gel in the shower cubicle. We did leave the lids off hoping that when the room was serviced they would realise and replace. Unfortunately the room wasn’t serviced even though they said on a notice they would be unless you left out the ‘do not disturb’ sign. Also the chairs on the patio area had dried bird poo on them so I had to wipe them down. Also lots of cobwebs so clearly hadn’t been cleaned when preparing the room. The shower cubicle door was really difficult to open and we had to use some Vaseline on the track to get it to run better.
