The room was super badly designed - ridiculously small bathroom, sink outside with no vanity and nowhere to place your wash pouch, nowhere to put clothes besides another marvel of design where you stack the hangers on top of each other sticking into the room instead of a standard clothes rack. All the lamps were unplugged and one of the bedside tables had power outlets missing entirely - we couldn’t use the lamp. The sofa chair that was advertised in the pictures was missing and made for this weird empty space and nowhere to sit. It’s an uncomfortable place overall / you can hear everybody’s everything as the rooms are NOT soundproof. This place is in a desperate need of an upgrade.

Nothing at all. Sorry but I tried to think of something good and I just cannot. Oh wait the night clerk was nice.

Hot tub freezing. Out room dirty !!! And I mean the beds were not even made in one of them. They couldn’t get us into another room because they were full. All the hotels in the area were full. Had to go to Walmart to get an air Mattress to sleep on for the night. Was told by the night clerk we would get a refund. The guy at the desk the next morning laughed in my face said we shouldn’t have stayed in a dirty room and we would not be getting a refund. Tried explaining we had no other option but the car or driving to grand junction an hour away to look for one. He did not care. He was rude. Arrogant. And needs to find a job were he doesn’t have to interact with others. Do Not Stay Here!!

Well the only thing that we can even say was remotely ok was the night clerk that checked us in was efficient with the check in process and had us in our room quickly. The rest was horrible. DO NOT STAY HERE !

We reserved three rooms. Two of the three rooms were NOT CLEANED. One had dirty towels still in it with one draped over the bed. The other didn’t even have the beds made !!! When we called they said they were out of rooms and we were out of lick. There was a huge event going on that weekend and all the hotels were booked with no vacancy. They refused a refund stating we had already walked into the rooms and the three year old used the bathroom so we had dirty rooms and had to go to Walmart and buy air mattresses just to sleep. The next morning the guy at the desk was soooo very rude and hostile !!! Also the hot tub was freezing cold !!!

The staff that I met have been really nice place is really clean it's good for the money prices aren't too high off season the two girls in the morning I don't know their names but they are very sweet and kind i stay here every time we come to town

The gentleman that works third shift he's must have been having problems because he was not very nice and that's the first time I met him
