Not much, the beds were nice.

The room had no place to hang clothing up. The heater fan was very loud ringing. We had to turn it off which made the room cold. The indoor pool was ice cold and the hot tub was look warm and blowing in cold water. No elevator and we were on the second floor and being senior citizens we had struggles. Breakfast was out of most the options.

They were understaffed. building was not locked

Parking lot was safe, indoor hot tub and pool were clean. Staff was great! Great price on room! Thank you!

Very disappointed. Carpet was dirty. No soap and smelled really bad. Couldn’t wait to leave. Dirty big pile of sheets in the hallway. Wish I could get a refund. Disgusting place. Never ever again.

Shower would change temperature when anyone would use the bathroom in an adjacent room.

The desk clerk who checked us in was unpleasant and told us we could not have a ground-floor room although I requested it when I made the reservation because my husband is handicapped. We finally were put in one of the first floor rooms opposite Bldg. A. Other staff members, especially Grandma Vi, were delightful. The plumbing didn't work in our room, but someone came with a plunger to take care of it. The vinyl plank floors in the room were not clean enough to go without shoes.

Kamer was goed.

Bedden werden niet opgemaakt. Douche werkte niet. Geen schone handdoeken voor de tweede dag. Tekort aan toiletpapier. Ontbijt was zeer matig. Er was geen heet water voor de thee (apparaat was stuk).

Don't waste your time coming to this hotel. Most of the employees didn't know what was going on. There is no where on their website that they don't have an elevator, as they were going to put us on the 2nd floor as my husband walks with a cane. We had to wait a half hour so they could clean the room and it wasn't done correctly. Breakfast was not up to par as they had no milk for cereal and not kept up
