Friendly staff. Excellent room with nice pool view/acess. Cozy. Pool may need some maintenance otherwise clean. About 7-10mins walk to station 2. Can be a problem when its raining.otherwise a very nice hotel

Pros: staff are lovely, property is clean, location is good - just a 10 min walk to the beach. Breakfast is very good! Go early as the line gets very long to get a table. Cons: you need to pay to go to the gym at the hotel which is absolutely ridiculous considering the amount you pay to stay there. The pool is very cold.

It’s very beautiful and clean

I stayed at Hennan Garden last time. Both places have their pros and cons. The front desk staff here were not helpful, but the cleaning crew and IT staff were awesome. Breakfast is not worth it. The food isn't good and repetitive.

The hotel seems a bit run down. Very slow service in the restaurant, breakfast buffet wasn’t very good and the cleaning staff rarely showed up. not sure it’s worth the price.

Very clean and spacious. We like the bed, everything inside the room are first class. Very nice staff and accomodating and friendly. We will love to stay here in the future.

Hotel was very nice with super friendly staff who were very attentive. The large pool in the centre of the hotel was always clean and there's a bar situated in the middle which was great. The room was gorgeous and we had a large bathtub along with a large shower. Housekeeping kept the room and the hallways super clean and tidy. We didn't eat at the hotel but each night there was live music. The hotel is within approx 8 minute walk to the beach.

Need better path to the beach

We arrived early before check-in. I asked receptionist if we can go ahead and ate the complimentary breakfast and was told it’s not effective until the next day. We arrived at the hotel before 9am. No rooms available yet. We’ve waited so long to get check-in, I think the guest after us was accomodated first, so we’ve waited again in the lounge room, we took a nap there because waiting was starting to get unnerving. We’ve already sent the full details of our itinerary via email and was asked about the date and time of our arrival. We were expecting rooms will be ready. Customer service is not that great. Most of the young staff are not work-oriented. They were so busy busing that they can’t offer to ask if you want a coffee or water. It was so rare that one or two crew would ask. Lady hosts are confusing and a bit unorganized. If I am going to compare Henann Lagoon to Henann Prime, I’d choose Prime where staff are attentive, professional, and friendly. We liked housekeeping, they were nice and clean.
