My friends and I had a good time staying at the hotel. love the breakfast buffet as well. front desk was very helpful and were able to grant our request for early check in. Forgot the FO’s name but I believe it was Mylene. Overall it was a nice hotel to stay in Boracay

I asked to use the gym but a staff member told me that I have to pay $300 for two hours at each time I use the gym. In other brand names hotels I stayed before such as Hilton, Marriott, and Hyatt the use of the gym is inclusive of the hotel fees. In regards to the bathroom towels, please put a card out and inform the occupants that to help with water conservation, towels will not be replaced unless they are placed on the floor. My family and I do not mind not having our towels replaced daily if it means saving some water and helping Boracay conserve its resources. I think most western visitors will support your environmental sustainment if you implement this. Regards, Rodney
