Staff was somewhat helpful, if it was something that they were going to do already they would do it but they wont go out of their way to help you. Also airport shuttle was very unhelpful. They dont even bother to help you if you dont call ahead. They would just decline helping you. Very disappointed as the place came highly recommended but I will not recommend this place to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay here. All the staff were very polite and very attentive. Although a bit pricey it was worth every penny. Already looking forward to coming back here again. Thank you for the great experience.
