My husband and I had an excellent stay in Hennan Lagoon.I made a reservation online in Expedia for a Premium room but we changed our mind and wished to stay in a Premium room with pool access we are so greatful with Mickey in the front desk who helped us upgrade a Premium Room with a pool access with ease.Thank you so much.Just look for Mickey she is very accomodating.Henan Resorts are highly recommended!Breakfast are excellent as well.The room is all wonderful,clean and cozy..

I stayed for 5D4N with 7 of my family members. We all had a wonderful relaxing time. The decor was modern and fancy and the staff were all very polite and extremely helpful. The swimming pools were divine and we enjoyed the swim up bar in the middle too We all loved it. We would thoroughly recommend to all.

There were ants inside our room specifically the counter near the fridge, sink and bed. Me, my wife and 9 month old baby got bitten by ants. Reported to housekeeping and they sprayed a bug spray but did not help. We stayed for 3 days. Also plenty of mosquitos inside the room when we first checked-in.

"Extraordinary Customer Service"

It was an awesome experience with Henann Lagoon Resort and Staff. From the arrival in the airport last April 9 and using their shuttle service, to the transport people, to the boatman, to the front desk and to the restaurant staff, they were all amazing and welcoming. They all work to make your stay as comfortable and hassle free. Angelika from the front desk and Felix from the restaurant were astounding for there customer service. Buffet breakfast was extraordinary with lots of choices, can’t complain. Overall, our 5 days 4nites stay here was mind-blowing experience. We will definitely stay here next time. Once again, a big shout out to all the Henann Lagoon Staff. Thank you very much.
