Henann Lagoon Resort

Well over all was great inspite of its raining continously. Only my concerns; restaurant are clossing very early at 930pm and specially the pool closing at 8pm. I wish to extend their pool time as beach is a bit far from the location, 5mins walk from the hotel.However,all was good and excellent as i enjoyed being with my son and family.i will surely stayed again in HOTEL HENNAN GROUP as services are beyond expectation.keep it up Hennan❤️

Customer Service is excellent. The only thing I don’t like is there’s a lot of mosquitoes.

Professional hotel, comfortable rooms, great pool, breakfast good... About a 10 minute walk to the beach... Overall Lovely hotel

Too many people and too far from the beach. Its not a beachfront very disappointing.

It was worth it.. but going to the beach is better with public transpo. But the hotel was great

Pool was amazing. Breakfast buffet was on point. Room was nice and clean. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. The pool kept immaculate. Security was in place and we ways felt safe on the grounds. There were usually vendors of some type in front of the hotel but they were not as pushy as some of the vendors oser to the beach and I feel that is because the security guard was there. Laundry is pricey and they do not offer free shuttle service. However, I feel I got great value for my money. We never took advantage of the spa services or the gym but they seemed to match everything else on the property and seemed to be top notch. Also, the tvs are not smart tvs and wifi is spotty. Keep in mind we were there for the beach and location so that was not such a big problem.

Property needs updating. Management needs to install electrical outlets bedside. With all the gadgets ppl want to keep at bedside. Grounds: lots of 'garbage should be cleaned by staff at far end. Room: the slider door is heavy. Outside: loud air conditioner noise at central untits. Mgt needs to work out way to muffle sound. Grounds are fantastic.

The staff was simply amazing. The location was excellent. Walkable to Station 2 where everything is happening. Just a great place to stay. I was there three weeks and have nothing but good things to say about the resort.
