Dawn the owner was very friendly and welcoming, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, the room was warm and the shower was hot. Amazing Scottish breakfast, close walking distance to main attractions.

Dawn went over and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one. She was friendly and helpful a perfect host. The breakfast was substantial and she catered for me as a Coeliac. Made all the difference. Would definitely return.
