Lovely breakfast and cooked as we requested it. Beautiful room - very homely Comfortable bed. Great en suite facilities and lovely toiletries supplied. Close to hotels for meals - walking distance. Dawn was very friendly and told us we were guests in her guest house. A lovely experience.

Very clean and lots of included extra’s such as tea, coffee and biscuits. Was given room upgrade as I was tall and Dawn offered us a room with a bigger bed which was appreciated

A very good choice of breakfast and the room was warm and cosy. Nothing was to much for the host. Very polite and courteous.

The shower cubical was a bit small, wouldn't suit a large person but everything else was fine.
